Keith and Lisa
Since December of 1999, Keith O’Connor and his wife, Lisa, both originally from the Greenville area, have owned and operated Carmine’s Italian- American Family Restaurant. Prior to their taking over, the original owners were in business for over 20 successful years.
After working in local restaurants as a teenager, Keith pursued his love of the culinary arts and in 1992, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Keith brings years of experience from working in such areas as: New York City; Aspen, Colorado; Warwick and Monroe, New York.
Full Service Bar
We offer a full service bar including frozen drinks and a wide selection of beer. The wines on our wine list are offered by the glass or by the bottle.
Our Chef Uses Only the Freshest Ingredients
Our front of the house will take pride in serving you in our comfortable country setting. Join our culinary graduate as he and his staff prepare a wide variety of daily specials consisting of hand cut and aged angus steaks, fresh veal, poultry and seafood along with specialty items including paella, zuppa di pesce, homemade jumbo lump crabcakes and seasonal fish entrees. All soups and sauces are made on premises with the freshest of ingredients. To complete your meal, indulge in one of our many homemade desserts or specialty coffees. In addition, patrons can select many traditional Italian favorites from the reasonably priced Carmine’s menu which also includes a variety of choices for children.
